- System Built from the "Ground Up" according to Manufacturer's Specifications
- Created Functional Requirement Specifications Document
- Developed Detailed Design Documents & Description of Operations including Tracking, Alarming, Reporting and Historical Data Archiving
- ALL Programming - ANSI/ISA S88.01 Batch System Standards, PLC's, PCs, File Servers, HMI's, Remote Operator Terminals, Networking with Multiple SCADA Servers & Clients
- Configured and Implemented Data Archiving Server
- Process Data Archived to OSI Software's PI Data Archiving
- Configured Oracle for use in Archiving Batch Data, SCADA Alarms and SCADA Event Messages
- Reporting Using Seagate Crystal Reports, Accessing Data from Oracle and OSI PI
- Provided all Instrumentation Loop Sheet Drawings
