• Assisted in Developing Vendor Bid Packages.
• Reviewed Equipment Submittals from Equipment Vendors for Compliance with Design Standards and Project Requirements.
• Identified and Helped Resolve Egress Problems Associated with the Building Addition.
• Developed Change Orders for Vendors as Required.
• Developed Electrical Bid Package.
• Assisted in Development of Mechanical & HVAC Bid Packages
• Fielded Electrical Questions and Concerns Regarding Electrical & Controls issues of this Expansion Project.
